Spa Technician

As a Spa Technician, I was responsible for performing pool and spa maintenance, as well as, in charge of installing and repairing automated control systems, chemical and leak detection systems, and automatic pool covers.

Job duties

·   Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting pool and spa issues, interact with clients, and explain assessment to clients using non-technical language.

Assisted in tracking 43 missions and over 110,000 miles. Create manifests and responsible for ensuring accuracy. Maintain 100% accountability for all unit sensitive items. Organized interpreters for missions and acted as liaison between company and battalion. The operation cell produced secret CON-OP (convoy Operations) slides updated all Secret level Intel briefs, and created risk assessments. I trained over 16 personnel in Operations section, assisted in incoming and outgoing unit transitioning, and trained incoming units to standard. While in Operations Responded with extreme confidence and poise to multiple IED attacks, one RPG attack, and five serious incidents on five separate missions.
